WIEECT pursues the practice to maintain a dignified, congenial working environment for women employees (including teaching & non-teaching) and students, where they can work, study and explore their potential to the fullest. The purpose to establish the Women Development Cell in WIEECT is “To encourage, to enhance, and to empower”.
Objectives
- To create social awareness about the problems faced by women and gender discrimination in particular.
- To direct women’s role in society.
- To promote the general well-being of female students and, teaching and non-teaching female employees of the institute.
